El Pescador is renowned for its excellent cuisine, in which locally sourced fish and seafood take centre stage. Our commitment to freshness and quality has led us to acquire our own boat, La Felisina, which sets out every day onto the waters of the Cantabrian Sea to bring the finest produce to our kitchen. Our fish stews, grilled seafood, paellas and baked fish are prepared according to the traditional fishermen’s recipes passed down to us by our elders, with the respect that such fine produce deserves.
