This is a table reservation. The service is provided at the venue on the date and time of your booking; there is no shipment of goods.

To manage your booking we handle your name, phone, email address, the size of your party and whatever you tell us in the notes or allergies, along with any dish you order in advance. If you open an account, we also keep your sign-in details. We use all of it to hold the table, send you the confirmation and any change notice, and take the deposit where there is one.
The booking and its payment are handled to perform the contract you asked for, and the emails about that booking are part of the same service. Non-essential cookies rest on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Keeping invoicing records answers a legal obligation.
The booking is run on table.now, the reservation system provider, which acts as our processor and handles the data only on our instructions. Payments are processed by Redsys: your card details travel straight to the gateway, and the restaurant never sees or stores them. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives pseudonymised data about how this site is used. We do not sell your data, and we pass it to no one else unless the law requires it.
Booking data is kept for as long as our relationship with you lasts and, afterwards, for the periods legal and tax obligations require. If you have an account, it is kept for as long as you keep the account open.
You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, object to or restrict its handling, or ask for it to be ported. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
